Summary

Join Unit4's Global Recruitment Team as a remote Recruiter based in Portugal! You will drive the full hiring process for key roles across Europe, APAC, and North America. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source top candidates, manage the hiring journey using SmartRecruiters, and collaborate with various teams to create an outstanding hiring experience. This role requires full-lifecycle recruitment experience, a passion for engaging with people, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment. Requirements

• Experience working as a full-lifecycle Recruiter in either an agency or in-house environment
• Passion for engaging with people and sharing our energy & love for working at Unit4
• You have a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in an international fast-paced environment
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Leaders Worldwide: Partner with hiring managers across diverse regions to understand their unique needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that attract exceptional talent quickly
• Engage with Global Talent: Proactively source and build relationships with top candidates, connecting their motivations with opportunities
• Own the Recruitment Process: Leverage our ATS (SmartRecruiters) to manage every stage of the hiring journey, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accuracy
• Be a Team Player: Work closely with key teams like People Advisory, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, and IT to create an outstanding hiring experience across regions

Preferred Qualifications

• An interest / experience in employer branding activities
• You are social media savy and know how to digitally connect and excite others
• You are tech savvy and know your way around systems, tools and applications
• Other European languages are a big advantage
