Requirements

  • 1.5+ years as a Recruiting Coordinator or Operations Administrator in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, and great listening skills
  • Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets), ability to quickly learn new technologies/systems
  • Ability to seamlessly and simultaneously manage multiple hiring processes while supporting Hiring Managers, internal/external Recruiting teams, and candidates
  • Genuine interest in building a career in Recruiting (Recruiting Operations or Recruiter career path), and a genuine interest in YipitData!
  • Ability to address challenges effectively while maintaining attention to detail and strong sense of urgency/time management in owning multiple openings
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to have some overlap with US East Coast hours

Responsibilities

  • Create, own, and maintain hiring processes in collaboration with third-party recruiting teams and/or YipitData hiring managers
  • Open new roles in collaboration with Hiring Managers and/or the third-party recruiting team by posting job descriptions and configuring interview steps in Greenhouse, our ATS
  • Interview candidates and/or conduct reference checks as needed to assist in our hiring process
  • Own the candidate experience by ensuring outstanding, efficient, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire hiring process
  • Schedule remote (and at times, on-site) interviews while making sure any last-minute changes are quickly addressed and accommodated
  • Interview candidates and/or conduct reference checks as needed to assist in our hiring process
  • Develop strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships (with Hiring Managers, Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, and Legal teams, etc.) and maintain effective communication channels
  • Improve and streamline processes whenever possible
  • Work on additional ad hoc duties as needed by the Recruiting Team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of a business recruiting process
  • Knowledge of and experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or Canvas (ATS)
