Recruiting Specialist

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Recruiting Specialist! This remote position, working EST hours (9 am to 6 pm), requires a fixed fibre line with 25 Mbps speed and a reliable power backup. You will review resumes, conduct interviews, manage onboarding, maintain candidate records, and communicate with internal teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Experience in recruiting or the ABA therapy industry is a plus but not required. If you are not contacted within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.

Requirements

• Fluent and professional English communication
• Patient, friendly phone demeanour
• Energetic and personable – you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Confident navigating MS Office and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Review incoming resumes and assess candidate suitability
• Conduct initial phone screens and deeper interview rounds
• Represent the company with professionalism and warmth during candidate interactions
• Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all requirements are met
• Maintain candidate records and communicate status updates to internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or onboarding processes
• Background in the ABA therapy industry is a strong plus
