Summary
Join SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES as a Junior Sourcer and become part of our remote, growing team. This role focuses on identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent for aerospace positions. You will utilize various sourcing methods, build a strong talent pipeline, and engage with candidates. Collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers is key to understanding job requirements and organizational needs. The position requires maintaining a candidate database and utilizing applicant tracking systems. We offer a competitive salary and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Have previous experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in the aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
- Demonstrate familiarity with aerospace-specific roles such as aerospace engineers, avionics specialists, production technicians, and other related technical positions
- Possess experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Show strong proficiency in online sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.)
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers
- Be fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and engage top talent for aerospace-related positions
- Actively research and build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for roles in engineering, manufacturing, design, and other technical fields related to the aerospace industry
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, databases, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates for aerospace roles
- Leverage advanced search techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, etc.) to uncover passive talent
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future aerospace positions
- Reach out to qualified candidates via email, phone, or social media to introduce job opportunities and gauge interest
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates to create long-term interest in the organization
- Conduct initial reach out to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for aerospace roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and organizational needs
- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and industry trends
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of candidates for future aerospace roles
- Track and manage candidate interactions and progress in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
