Summary

Plantix is a digital ecosystem connecting farmers, retailers, and agri-input producers. The company is looking for a Regional Business Lead for the Hyderabad location with expertise in the South India market. The Regional Business Lead will be responsible for onboarding customers to Plantix, ensuring product availability, monitoring district sales officers, and leading and training a team. The desired candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, minimum 5 years of sales experience in South India, excellent communication skills, and good team management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture
• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in South India with Pesticides/seeds

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding of customers to Plantix
• Make available products required for servicing the Plantix Partners
• Monitor all activities of District Sales officers
