Summary

The job is for a Business Development professional to drive Circle's market development and expansion efforts in Brazil. The person will engage with senior leadership of partners, participate in local ecosystems, foster relationships with key policymakers and regulators, and grow and lead a Business Development team. They will own Circle’s Brazil OKRs and ensure partnership pursuits are compatible with the company's mission and objectives.

Requirements

• 13+ years of Strategic Business Development experience
• 7+ years experience managing and building highly successful teams
• Held a VP-level role before

Responsibilities

• Driving Circle’s ongoing market development and expansion efforts in Brazil
• Engaging with partner's senior leadership
• Participating in the local ecosystem to drive awareness and adoption
• Fostering relationships with key policymakers and regulators
• Scaling and accelerating Circle's efforts in the region in a thoughtful and strategic way
• Growing and leading a Business Development team
