Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas within a multi-state territory
  • Skilled in direct sales and pull-through dealer sales strategies
  • Experience selling differentiated or disruptive products, with the ability to articulate value propositions using tools like ROI calculators
  • Ability to overcome customer objections and pushback
  • Basic understanding of mechanical requirements for product installation and compatibility
  • Capability to complete spec sheets for retrofit installations
  • Proficient in product demonstrations and using PowerPoint presentations
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time and the ability to work remotely with discipline and organization
  • Willingness to train, observe, and assist in the product installation process to understand customer utilization and potential obstacles

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of our unique fuel-saving aerodynamic technology to fleets and truck/trailer dealerships across a multi-state territory
  • Meet with fleet owners, maintenance executives, and sustainability officers to secure commitments for our products
  • Ensure dealers are trained and knowledgeable about our product offerings to support fleet customers
  • Transition major regions from direct sales to dealer sales by fostering relationships between the company, dealer, and customer
  • Deliver live presentations and webinars to various stakeholders including fleet managers, dealer principles, parts managers, and sales managers
  • Regularly update and manage account information using our CRM system
  • Travel to customer facilities, dealer events, tradeshows, and conferences, with some weekend travel required
  • Assist with other sales and marketing-related duties as needed
