Summary

Requirements

  • Account management experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or any related space
  • Strong client management skills including maintaining strong relationships, organizing client profiles and incentivising client business activities
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm with a data-driven approach
  • Understanding of trading systems and API is a strong plus
  • Open to business traveling to CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions if required
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse and international internal teams and external partners; experience working with key stakeholder management; Able to work with stakeholders across different levels
  • Being fluent in English and native Russian is a must

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for a number of actively trading VIP clients
  • Expanding relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs, supporting inquiries
  • Support users to navigate OKX range of product offerings, VIP structure, and key updates and changes on the OKX platform and products
  • Offer and manage VIP upgrades and various product configurations
  • Responsible for the revenue growth from trusted accounts and scaling business partnership
  • Actively contribute to the regional strategies that align with the overall company goals, recommend and see through objectives, targets, and action plans, keeping to timelines
  • Support Product & Engineering lines for product development activities
  • Active involvement in regional online and offline marketing activities and business events; stay up-to-date with industry/product/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes
  • Comply with the company’s guidelines and practices

  • Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
  • Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
  • Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
