Requirements

  • This is a hybrid position in Boston. You will need to be located in or within a commutable distance from Boston to be considered
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to distill complex issues into clear, concise communication with fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Experience selling into HR/talent orgs, or a strong understanding of HR / AI
  • Hustler mindset - This is an outbound position!
  • Can thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Drive to be the best and grow your career
  • Highly organized and able to perform operational multitasking

Responsibilities

  • Run outbound activities to generate new client acquisitions
  • Meet with potential customers, understand their pain points, and determine which of Moonhub's solutions is the right fit
  • Review customer inquiries, prioritize high-quality leads, and run point on the sales process
  • Go from the initial introduction call with a lead to the final close and beyond
  • Ensure customer success throughout the sales journey
  • Ruthlessly prioritize where to invest and close deals
  • Document, maintain, and update our internal CRM
  • Become a Moonhub product expert second to none
