Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience or top sales experience can be substituted)
- Proven success in a metrics driven environment
- At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position
- Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
Responsibilities
- Proactively cold call to re-engage stagnant client accounts through targeted outreach, reintroducing our full range of products and services to drive renewed business opportunities
- Leverage both traditional and creative approaches to connect with new contacts within existing client accounts, expanding our presence and promoting our healthcare staffing solutions effectively
- Consistently generate qualified client leads through a high volume of targeted calls and emails, contributing to a robust pipeline of potential business within existing accounts
- Monitor and report on all engagement activities, client account statuses, and revenue generated, ensuring data-driven insights support strategic decision-making
- Serve as the primary account manager for reactivated clients, providing dedicated support to ensure client satisfaction and proactively identifying growth opportunities
- Actively monitor client needs, service usage, and feedback, maintaining high engagement levels and a commitment to exceptional service quality
- Ensure the satisfaction of client facilities by proactively addressing their staffing needs with efficiency, responsiveness, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery
- Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
- Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with clients
- Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
