Remote Account Manager

Summary

Join our team as an Account Manager and play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with clients in the pediatric/adolescent behavioral health sector. As a dedicated and experienced professional, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating service delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry
• Strong understanding of behavioral health services and the needs of clients in this sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive high-quality behavioral health services
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that clients are satisfied with our services
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of our services and products
• Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health sector
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
