Requirements

• Deep experience in multi-stakeholder project management
• Experience in partnership management
• Ability to work in dynamic environments (e.g. startups, scale-ups or consulting)
• Experience in the insurance industry (InsurTech or relevant consulting projects)
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Ability to successfully manage complex projects
• Fluent German (min. C1) and good English language skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and expansion of our strategic partnerships
• Steer projects independently from concept phase to go-live
• Support decision-making processes with insurance knowledge
• Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration
• Work actively to expand our offer in the European market
