Remote Business Development Representative

Join our Business Development team as one of the early members to push the limits of the BDR function, creating interest in Aleph and engaging prospects through a multi-channel strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build lists of companies and contacts that fit the profile of potential buyers for Aleph
• Perform a large volume of outbound calls to them to assess their needs and schedule follow-up meetings
• Craft personalized, targeted messages over email and other channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit) to pique their interest
• Maintain a consistent and organized outreach schedule to ensure a steady flow of new leads
• Continuously iterate and improve our outreach strategies and processes
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams and have broad exposure to all our go-to-market motions
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of outreach methods and suggest improvements based on prospect responses and market dynamics
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs
• Act as a liaison between prospects and the sales team, facilitating a smooth buyer journey all the way to closed-won
