- Previous sales or business development experience
Responsibilities
- Build lists of companies and contacts that fit the profile of potential buyers for Aleph
- Perform a large volume of outbound calls to them to assess their needs and schedule follow-up meetings
- Craft personalized, targeted messages over email and other channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit) to pique their interest
- Maintain a consistent and organized outreach schedule to ensure a steady flow of new leads
- Continuously iterate and improve our outreach strategies and processes
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams and have broad exposure to all our go-to-market motions
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of outreach methods and suggest improvements based on prospect responses and market dynamics
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs
- Act as a liaison between prospects and the sales team, facilitating a smooth buyer journey all the way to closed-won
