Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities, working closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years work experience in related field, preferably in technology professional services
- Ability to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies
- Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, team environment
- Intellectually curious with desire to continuously learn new things
- Coachable, driven, and hard-working
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across teams (sales, marketing, delivery)
Responsibilities
- Research & Market Intelligence: Analyze target accounts, key stakeholders, and competitive landscape to identify and qualify prospects
- Collaborate with Marketing & Partnerships: Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales enablement to identify new leads and opportunities
- Optimize Outreach & Track Performance: Use sales tools and CRM to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates
- Opportunity Coordination: Set up meetings, follow up and coordinate between Adobe and Infosys Client Partners to uncover and qualify opportunities
- Manage CRM & Sales Process: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide ongoing updates to pipeline opportunities
- Support ABM & Event Planning: Help identify key prospects for account-based marketing campaigns and assist with event planning to engage target clients
