Summary

Join CallMiner's EMEA team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help achieve growth goals. The BDR will work closely with sales counterparts to identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities, ultimately leading to closed deals and new customers.

Requirements

  • A self-starter with a competitive mindset and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to work either independently or through coaching
  • A fast learner who is extremely coachable both during onboarding and beyond
  • Excellent communication skills including both phone and written communication and pipeline development skills, with experience successfully applying these skills in previous inside sales (BDR, SDR) roles
  • Phenomenal character with an incredible drive for success, high work ethic, curious by nature and obsessed with exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to gather critical qualifying information as part of early-stage interactions with prospects
  • Ability to easily communicate the business impact of a portfolio solution to both technical and business customers
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and other software typically used by BDRs (Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc)
  • Desire to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable being home based but ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your Sales Director team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for their territories
  • Work with Sales Directors to blueprint key accounts in the territory
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing activity
  • Collaborate with your Sales Director to perform ABM outbound efforts into key accounts
  • Perform outreach research and prospecting into key accounts to set up discovery calls and demos
  • Run discovery calls and participate in demos with certain accounts identified by your Sales Director
  • Work with Sales Directors to follow up on and progress active deals to their next phase along the selling journey
  • Assist with and once you are finished with onboarding participate in industry events as a representative of the company
  • Work with Sales Directors and marketing to provide feedback to inform sales enablement collateral and contribute to writing and refining outreach messaging
