Join Thirdera's LATAM Team as a Business Development Representative to help drive commercial growth through sales administration and technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree preferably in Business administration, Economics or equivalent
- Commercial and client relationship management experience 3-4 yrs
- Experience with prospecting tools to create target lists (i.e., Zoom Info, LinkedIn, Salesforce)
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Strong communication skills (Spanish and English )
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales metrics
- Manage the entire sales administration process
- Generate prospects and build a high-performance sales team
- Provide technical support for sales
- Identify and expand target customer accounts
- Cold outreach and prospecting
- Manage leads through the lead flow cycle
- Follow up on marketing leads and qualify potential opportunities
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new initiatives, or solutions
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Track progress and results of the meetings that have been achieved and if opportunities from these contacts have been developed by the salesperson
