Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business administration, Economics or equivalent
  • Commercial and client relationship management experience 3-4 yrs
  • Experience with prospecting tools to create target lists (i.e., Zoom Info, LinkedIn, Salesforce)
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Strong communication skills (Spanish and English )

Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales metrics
  • Manage the entire sales administration process
  • Generate prospects and build a high-performance sales team
  • Provide technical support for sales
  • Identify and expand target customer accounts
  • Cold outreach and prospecting
  • Manage leads through the lead flow cycle
  • Follow up on marketing leads and qualify potential opportunities
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new initiatives, or solutions
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Track progress and results of the meetings that have been achieved and if opportunities from these contacts have been developed by the salesperson
