Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a proven record of designing and implementing solutions in the areas of supply chain management, manufacturing, and logistics
• In-depth understanding of operational processes, including production control, inventory management, warehouse management, procurement, and logistics
• Experience designing and implementing reporting solutions that support operational reporting needs
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, from requirements gathering to execution

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) platform
• Conduct fit/gap analyses to identify areas for customization and develop detailed design specifications when necessary
• Strive to implement standard processes while minimizing customizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders in supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics to assess, refine, and automate key operational processes
• Manage the full lifecycle of operations-related projects within D365 FO, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to deployment and post-implementation support
• Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, operations teams, developers, and other cross-functional partners to design and deliver effective operational solutions
