Requirements

  • Experience in Demand Management: You have experience in handling demand processes, from evaluation to execution, ensuring that business needs are properly prioritized and addressed
  • Organizational Skills: You’re highly organized, capable of managing multiple demands, meetings, and administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You’re comfortable evaluating and categorizing demands, with a strong attention to detail in maintaining records and backlog status
  • Strong Communication Skills: You’re adept at communicating with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment in meetings and demand follow-up
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, and experience in working with digital task management and project tracking tools
  • Proactive & Collaborative: You take initiative in managing demands, preparing for meetings, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure demands are addressed efficiently
  • Fluency in English: Required for effective communication across teams

Responsibilities

  • Assess and ensure the relevance of incoming demands, filtering out unnecessary or irrelevant requests
  • Handle the reworking of demand requests, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business needs
  • Perform routine administrative duties related to demand management, along with small ad-hoc tasks to support the team's efficiency
  • Prepare relevant materials, reports, and data for key meetings such as I-PIT and Entrygate
  • Attend and contribute to weekly meetings to discuss demand progress, priorities, and issues, ensuring alignment across teams. Lead the monthly X-PIT meetings, addressing key demand management updates and decisions
  • Conduct a thorough check of the demand backlog, following up on outstanding requests and ensuring proper tracking
  • Manage and maintain demand-related information in Jira, ensuring that all demands are up-to-date and accurately categorized
  • Support the PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) process by preparing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and aligning them with the overall business goals
  • Categorize incoming demands based on business priorities and requirements, ensuring effective prioritization and clarity for the team
