Requirements
- B2B demand generation experience with a focus on lead generation and growth
- Experience owning marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Proven track record of scaling marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and earned channels
- Proficiency with Mode or other similar data analytics platforms
- Demonstrated experience in a PLG model, driving product adoption and usage
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Build and execute B2B demand generation strategies across digital channels (paid media, email, SEO, social)
- Directly manage and optimize Google & LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive qualified sign-ups and reach broader audiences
- Own design and execution of top-of-funnel lead creation and conversion, through the nurturing process (e.g. landing pages, email drip campaigns, and SDR outreach)
- Identify new audiences and sponsorship opportunities (newsletters, podcasts, etc.) to promote new WorkOS launches and events
- Determine high-potential growth leads (e.g. upon fundraising announcements, sending swag)
- Use data analytics to monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, including key KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline generation, CAC and ROI
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with startup accelerators and tech platforms (e.g., Google for Startups, Azure, Y Combinator, Mercury, Stripe Atlas, etc.) through discounts/credits
