Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing position
• Strong proficiency with Klaviyo for email marketing and Shopify for website management
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing channels such as Google Ads , Meta Ads , SEO, and affiliate marketing
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; experience using Google Analytics , Shopify Analytics , or similar tools
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee website merchandising strategies, ensuring optimal product visibility, ease of navigation, and conversion
• Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo , focusing on customer segmentation, personalization, and engagement to drive conversions, retention, and brand awareness
• Execute campaigns across paid search, display advertising, and social media channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads . Track and analyze performance, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and enhancements, continuously improving site performance, speed, and user experience
• Use Google Analytics , Shopify Analytics , and other tools to analyze e-commerce metrics, campaign performance, and customer insights. Develop data-driven strategies to inform and optimize future marketing efforts
• Ensure the successful integration of third-party retail and e-commerce platforms, meeting all requirements of drop-ship retail partners
• Maintain and optimize site functionality, ensuring a seamless shopping experience at all times
