Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development or consulting, with a demonstrated ability to secure and manage client engagements within the Fortune 500 landscape
- Deep understanding of consumer analytics, influencer analytics, persuasion modeling, and experimental design, with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at major corporations
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions that address the unique needs of each client
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new client engagements with major corporations that align BlueLabs' capabilities with client strategic needs within the first 12 months of hire
- Develop and implement strategic plans with oversight from department leadership to achieve revenue management metrics within their portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field of analytics
- Lead and manage a portfolio of engagements, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and deliver measurable impact
- Advocate for client needs internally, ensuring project success and contributing to BlueLabs' market positioning
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both internally and externally
- Serve as a subject matter expert on BlueLabs' offerings and technical capabilities, ensuring clarity and understanding within your portfolio
- Collaborate on and serve as the final reviewer for all proposals, pitch decks, deliverables, etc., for both prospective and existing clients within their portfolio
- Provide a weekly report on the status of new prospects and existing client relationships
