Remote Director of Engagement Marketing

Requirements

• 7+ years in a B2C and/ or B2B2C growth, acquisition, and/or performance marketing role; healthcare experience is a plus
• Demonstrated experience of building best-in-class growth and performance marketing engines; implementing technology / tools (Iterable), strategically deploying and running multiple campaigns and utilizing data to drive decision making
• You understand demand generation best practices including the framework of the marketing funnel and how to monitor and measure progress of marketing sourced leads
• Strong analytical ability and data-driven approach
• Excellent written and verbal communicator who can present technical information to a non-technical audience
• Comfort owning entire creative process for design and copy while building a team of in-house and contract professionals
• Experience building and managing a high performing, impactful team

Responsibilities

• Develop from the ground up and then lead the execution of a comprehensive growth marketing plan to drive member enrollment and engagement
• Oversee the design, implementation, and operations of programs that measure the end-to-end experience for Garner’s clients and members
• Define, develop, and map member lifecycle and user journeys for Garner’s members
• Utilize data and results to optimize engagement based on client and member profiles
• Own the tools (we use Iterable) to set up and manage A/B and multivariate tests to identify best performing content and outreach strategies including email, direct mail, social media and landing pages
• Partner with the Data, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and evolve measurement + tracking, in order to gain deeper insight into impact of channels and inform future strategy
