Summary

Join Garner, a rapidly growing healthcare company, as their Director of Growth Marketing. You will optimize acquisition channels, maximize user engagement, and develop a team of marketers. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience (including 3+ years in user growth/acquisition marketing), strong ESP/MAS experience, and data-driven experimental skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in user growth/user acquisition marketing at a consulting firm, marketing agency, high-growth start-up or digital health company
  • Strong experience and comfort using an ESP or MAS (Iterable experience not required)
  • Very organized and detail-oriented -- you can project manage multiple work streams and deliver dozens of individualized campaigns while meeting a high-quality bar
  • Data-driven and experimental -- you understand foundational marketing growth metrics and can run clearly measured experiments to improve user engagement
  • Comfort and gravitas in front of prospects and clients
  • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the US healthcare system

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand and maximize engagement across the entire member lifecycle including: sign-up, doctor search, and claims
  • Developing a team of talented marketers who act as engagement consultants to our clients
  • Ensuring members understand Garner’s value proposition and support our account management team to drive client success
  • Partnering with the product team to continually improve member experience

  • The target salary range for this position is: $170,000 - $210,000
