Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar role
  • 7 + years experience working in software or SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems and revenue management practices
  • Demonstrated skills and passion for problem solving and operational excellence with a proven ability to design & implement scalable solutions
  • Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel, performance measurement, and reporting
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and provide well-vetted reporting and business recommendations
  • Significant Experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau or Tableau CRM and PowerBI required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue operations strategies aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate with senior management to define revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Streamline and optimize end-to-end revenue processes from lead generation to deal closure
  • Implement best practices in sales operations, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in revenue performance
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on key revenue metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance
  • Develop sales performance analyses and partner with Enablement to drive targeted training and improve sales productivity
  • Foster collaboration and alignment between sales, marketing, renewals, channel, product, and customer success teams
  • Lead initiatives to improve interdepartmental processes and communication channels
  • Optimize and lead revenue forecasting processes to support financial planning and decision-making
  • Develop pipeline programs to achieve quarterly and annual targets in partnership with Marketing; continuously monitor revenue pipeline health and recommend strategies to drive growth
