Requirements
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proven experience in administrative roles, virtual assistance, or customer service roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general technology use
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, managing time and tasks efficiently
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring data accuracy and easy access for the team
- Draft, proofread, and respond to customer emails, delivering prompt, clear, and professional communication
- Assist in managing customer accounts, updating records, and ensuring accurate customer information in company databases
- Support customer interaction efforts by providing timely and helpful responses, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain reports, tracking project progress, and helping with task prioritization
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping, especially if familiar with QuickBooks Online
- Perform occasional personal tasks for the owner, such as booking travel and handling miscellaneous arrangements
Preferred Qualifications
