Growth Product Manager

Responsibilities include partnering with marketing for growth strategies, communicating progress to stakeholders, conducting market research, and managing the product lifecycle. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with Growth Product Management or Growth Marketing experience
• Understanding of Growth frameworks and the ability to effectively communicate and drive B2C growth strategies
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and influence without authority within cross-functional teams
• Battle-tested product management skills like story and PRD writing, QA, data analysis, and wireframing
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed, prioritized decisions
• Growth mindset and curiosity about market trends, customer feedback, and industry best practices, with a proactive approach to applying new learnings

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, engineering, design, and ops - to define, prioritize, and execute on product features that align with growth goals and customer needs
• Partner with the marketing team to develop strategies and initiatives aimed at driving qualified traffic to the website
• Communicate progress, challenges, and results effectively to both internal stakeholders and leadership, facilitating alignment and transparency
• Conduct research on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions
• Manage the full lifecycle of product development (from concept to execution, including A/B Testing and Metrics Tracking)
