Requirements

  • A skilled, enterprise logo, VP+ level hunter with 10+ years in business development, consulting, healthcare, or sales
  • Have advanced proficiency with sales technologies and leveraging those tools to drive outcomes
  • An experienced sales team manager with an orientation to quick thinking and problem solving
  • A devoted team leader, dedicated to building a diverse and multi-faceted team focused on excellence
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets by running a consultative, multi-threaded sales process with large, complex prospect organizations
  • A team player with a high level of integrity and desire to assist your tribe. Flexibility as the organization scales rapidly is critical
  • Approach challenges with a beginner's mind and desire to learn
  • Have proven capacity to develop relationships with key stakeholders and optimize enterprise customer accounts, you understand what it means to evangelize your product
  • Are resourcefulโ€“might not have all the answers, but you know how to find them
  • Prior healthcare experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of senior sales executives to exceed Notable's quarterly and annual strategic new logo goals
  • Shape Notable's commercial strategy for new business while refining and scaling internal sales team processes
  • Effectively engage with new prospects and win deals by using a consultative, value-oriented approach that resonates with c-level decision makers
  • Demonstrate a high level of business acumen, managing the team to effectively diagnose the business needs of prospects in order to prescribe Notable solutions of highest value
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure, to post-sale kickoff with our Partnership Delivery team
  • Work in a dynamic scale-up where you will share feedback from the field to help shape the evolution of our product and service offerings
  • Obsess over outcomes and continuously iterate and innovate to drive the evolution of our business
