  • Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients facing criminal charges via phone, email, and web forms
  • Conduct preliminary screening of potential clients facing criminal charges to assess their legal needs and determine case viability
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our legal services to potential clients, answering questions and addressing concerns to convert inquiries into consultations
  • Collect and input detailed information from potential clients into the CRM system to assist attorneys in case evaluation
  • Manage follow-up communications to nurture leads, ensuring no potential client is left without proper attention
  • Coordinate consultations between clients and attorneys, ensuring proper scheduling and intake procedures
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets for lead conversions
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Work closely with attorneys and administrative staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Job Summary:

Ideal applicants will bring strong sales experience and skills, coupled with a willingness to learn and accept feedback. Prior experience in a law firm is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial Client Contact: Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients facing criminal chargesvia phone, email, and web forms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales position, ideally selling legal products and services are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, JD degrees welcome but not required.
  • A proven track record using a collaborative sales approach.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry and criminal defense law will be considered a strong plus.
  • Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
