Requirements

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with sales technology solutions and CRM systems with experience in maintaining accurate sales records
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales VPs to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our healthcare technology solutions
  • Understand product demonstrations and deliver persuasive introductions to showcase the benefits and features of our products to potential clients
  • May Collaborate with Sales VPs to prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to close deals and secure new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status in the CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the Sales VPs and contribute to ongoing sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support the sales process
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
