Remote IT Administrator

Summary

Join Mudflap as an Information Technology Administrator to support technical operations, provide mobile/desktop technical support, and maintain office network and internal/cloud applications.

Requirements

• Be willing to do occasional domestic travel to satellite office and/or partner locations
• Be in good physical health, able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Possess strong end-user IT troubleshooting skills across Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac clients
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the desire to improve operations around IT-centric processes like employee onboarding/off-boarding
• Develop and maintain SaaS inventory and oversee all provisioning and de-provisioning in tandem with Management and Finance
• Be extremely trustworthy, and appreciate the responsibility associated with having an elevated level of access to company systems and data
• Strong desktop support experience or equivalent proficiency as a “power user” of Windows and Mac devices
• Demonstrated success working in an unstructured environment without a lot of day-to-day oversight
• You’ve maintained a small office network with multiple wifi access points, wired connections, video conferencing equipment, printers, etc

Responsibilities

• Support Mudflap's technical operations on a daily basis
• Physical logistics (shipping and receiving employee/partner equipment)
• Mobile/desktop technical support
• Maintenance responsibility for our office network and some internal/cloud applications
