Salesforce Administrator

Summary

Join Nintex's Corporate Applications team as a Salesforce “Admineloper” to work with stakeholders, define system requirements, and customize the platform to meet company needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce Experience preferably in a lightning environment
• Development training/experience with code (any) and SF automation tools using flow, process builder and workflow rules
• Ability and interest to learn new technologies quickly
• Experience with Salesforce Portals and Communities
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, permission set groups
• Managed Package/Integration Experience (nice to have but not required) include: Outreach, Conga, Kimble, Tableau CRM, E2CP, LeanData, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, Celigo
• Team player who has strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional business teams to understand and analyze business objectives, gather and define business requirements
• Create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, triggers, user permissions, profiles, approval processes and workflows
• Facilitate and support testing of new features in alignment with requirements
• Create and maintain detailed documentation as required
• Responsible for Database and data integrity; including but not limited to deduplication and cleanup
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and other developers
