Summary

Join HackerOne as a Senior Account Executive and drive revenue growth by leading the full sales cycle, developing strategic account plans, and mentoring junior team members. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software or technology sales, ideally with a background in selling to technical audiences, including up to a year+ selling in enterprise
  • Previous experience selling in the cybersecurity field
  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and quotas
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate the value of technology solutions in addressing customer challenges
  • Team-oriented mindset with experience working effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills and proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand our footprint within existing client accounts and penetrate new markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Channel-based selling motions and engagements with partners
  • Previous experience with Force Management/Command of the Message
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities within new accounts
