Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce risk management, fraud prevention, and operations including time at a high-growth startup
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams of Fraud, risk management, and/or operations specialists
  • Comfort dealing with data and analytics, including the ability to proactively identify trends in key performance metrics for your team

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of dispute agents and fraud investigators with the goal of safeguarding the platform from financial loss, and maintaining buyer and seller trusts
  • Set and ensure performance for the team against quality, procedures and service level agreements goals, including payment processor requirements and benchmarks
  • Monitor, assess, and report out on the effectiveness of controls. Identify gaps in processes and strategies, and work cross-functionally to solve them
