Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ Years experience in project management
- 2+ Years experience in data analytics
- Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) and Data Visualization Tools Certification (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems, and advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
- Familiarity with financial analysis, forecasting methodologies, and inventory management systems
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth SKU analysis to ensure product offerings align with market demand and strategic goals
- Monitor pricing and productivity metrics, analyzing discounts, usage trends, and other important indicators to optimize performance
- Use raw market data, analytics from internal systems and the CRM system to collaborate with finance on pricing strategies. Ensure accurate price per gram
- Set up backend information systems and produce recommendations for field teams based on data findings, addressing issues such as unmet sales goals and performance gaps
- Partner with R&D and supply chain teams to develop accurate forecasts and manage inventory levels. Ensure confidence in data analysis to support decision-making processes
