Remote Marketing Programs Manager

Summary

Join our team as Marketing Programs Manager at Chaos, a leading 3D visualization software company. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition for V-Ray and Corona products.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a marketer in a similar position
• Experience in B2B/E-commerce marketing for a SaaS company is required. AEC industry experience is a plus
• Project management skills: Able to manage multiple projects/campaigns at the same time
• Communication skills: Effectively communicate with other teams and stakeholders
• Creative mind that is able to come up with innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and programs
• Analytical skills: Able to analyze data, measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns in order to make data-driven decisions for improvements
• Familiar with marketing automation tools like HubSpot
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing programs and promotional & awareness campaigns on a global scale that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition for all channels (incl. educational programs)
• Manage the project timeline, budget, and cross-functional team efforts to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns
• Build integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints, always ensuring they are aligned with the company’s overall objectives
• Performance monitoring and analyzing program performance to implement data-driven optimizations
• Align with sales on marketing programs that promote V-ray and Corona to prospects and drive sales
• Report the success of programs and derive decisions for further programs strategy
