Remote Member Marketing Associate

Summary

Join our team at Vida, a virtual health clinic, and help us transform the lives of our members as an Enrollment Marketing Associate. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution of emails and create digital and print materials for prospective and current Vida members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience working with email marketing platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc
• Ability to solve problems, seek automations and provide solutions
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Creative and resourceful- able to come up with out-of-the-box ideas and bring them to life
• Incredible attention to detail and execution-oriented
• Team player who can effectively partner with other key stakeholders
• Passionate about digital health and/or changing the status quo of healthcare
• Basic HTML knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of print, email, SMS and other content requirements
• Manage member marketing calendar, scheduling and deployment
• Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform the messaging strategy for each lifecycle stage of customers
• Be a positive contributor on a small and nimble team
• Be willing to tackle new projects as they come up
