Requirements

  • BachelorΒ΄s Degree from an accredited University or College
  • Proven 4+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, or similar role in the vitamins, food supplements, and skin care sectors
  • Exceptional negotiation, deal-closing, and sales management skills with the ability to navigate complex national retail organizations
  • Existing relationships within the retail and/or B2B sector are required
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions and manage accounts efficiently
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and decision-makers at large retail chains
  • Results-driven approach with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales and account management targets
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. to meet with national retail clients and attend industry events or trade shows
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market reports, and consumer trends to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize workload to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key decision-makers at national retail chains
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional support with national retailers
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors within the local retail sector
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, market trends, and new business opportunities
  • Strategically identify and pursue opportunities to enter the brand’s products into new national retail chains
  • Regularly visit client sites across the USA, ensuring effective communication, troubleshooting issues, and maximizing account performance
  • Ensure precise documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
