Requirements

  • Proven Benefits Brokerage Experience: You are an experienced Benefits Broker with a successful track record of generating $500k to $2M in recurring revenue
  • Growth-Oriented Sales Expertise: Thrive on new client acquisition and excel in developing long-term relationships that drive consistent revenue growth
  • Strategic & Consultative Mindset: Have significant expertise in designing and delivering customized benefits solutions to employer groups of 50-5,000 employees
  • Deep Knowledge of the New York Benefits Market: Bring substantial experience managing benefits programs for employer groups in the New York area and understand the regionโ€™s benefits landscape

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & Client Acquisition: Spearhead Navaโ€™s expansion by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the New York market
  • Advisory & Consulting: Act as a trusted consultant to employer groups, advising on benefits strategy and helping optimize their benefits solutions through customized, data-driven approaches
  • Hunterโ€™s Mindset: Bring in new business and scale your client portfolio, retaining client business and generating consistent new revenue each year
  • Industry Expertise & Market Trends: Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities, using your deep understanding of the employee benefits landscape to position Nava as a leader in the market
  • Collaboration with Client Success: Collaborate closely with our Client Success team to ensure high retention rates and superior client satisfaction
