Requirements

  • Proven track record in partner development, management, and sales, with a history of exceeding revenue goals and driving successful partner programs
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and structure complex initiatives, programs, and deals
  • Results-oriented and proactive in driving initiatives and creating new business opportunities
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functional and geographic areas within a global company
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and adapt based on changing market conditions, client, and partner demands
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with different levels within Encora and partner organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is preferred but not required

  • Establishing a regular cadence for pipeline, opportunity, and business reviews with partners
  • Defining strategic accounts and joint account planning for proactive business development
  • Serving as the internal subject matter expert on partner solutions and technologies
  • Communicating partner strategies, value propositions, and GTM strategies to business unit leaders and sales teams
  • Driving the development of sales enablement materials and collaborating on partner-delivered enablement strategies

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Partner Development Manager (PDM). The Partner Development Manager is responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving business growth through partner relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve mutual goals.

The PDM role involves:

  • Defining and executing a global partnership and business plan to align with Encora’s revenue targets.
  • Managing end-to-end execution and achieving TCV targets for assigned partners.
  • Establishing a regular cadence for pipeline, opportunity, and business reviews with partners.
  • Defining strategic accounts and joint account planning for proactive business development.

  • Experience in enterprise technology solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
