Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in IT service delivery, procurement, and asset management
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in asset management and service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Service and Asset Management Skills: Proficient in managing IT services and asset lifecycles
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Certifications: ITIL certification (Foundation, Practitioner, or Expert) preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular audits and engage third-party logistics (3PL) providers to meet KPIs
- Oversee the programβs IT services, including order processing and system imaging ensuring quality standards and SLA compliance
- Lead incident and problem resolution efforts while using metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships to understand service expectations
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address issues, and explore new opportunities
- Collaborate with clients on demand forecasting using historical data and trends while ensuring supply aligns with demand through effective procurement and staffing management
- Lead designated IT service delivery and asset management teams, providing necessary training and performance feedback to ensure alignment with client needs
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee 3PL providers to ensure adherence to KPIs and service standards, regularly assessing performance against organizational requirements
- Implement ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management, and establish workflows for consistent and efficient service delivery
- Identify and implement enhancements in service delivery and asset management while staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations in all IT services, asset management, and procurement activities
- Develop and manage budgets for ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
