Requirements

  • Service and Asset Management Skills: Proficient in managing IT services and asset lifecycles
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Certifications: ITIL certification (Foundation, Practitioner, or Expert) preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular audits and engage third-party logistics (3PL) providers to meet KPIs
  • Oversee the program’s IT services, including order processing and system imaging ensuring quality standards and SLA compliance
  • Lead incident and problem resolution efforts while using metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships to understand service expectations
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address issues, and explore new opportunities
  • Collaborate with clients on demand forecasting using historical data and trends while ensuring supply aligns with demand through effective procurement and staffing management
  • Lead designated IT service delivery and asset management teams, providing necessary training and performance feedback to ensure alignment with client needs
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee 3PL providers to ensure adherence to KPIs and service standards, regularly assessing performance against organizational requirements
  • Implement ITIL best practices for incident, change, and problem management, and establish workflows for consistent and efficient service delivery
  • Identify and implement enhancements in service delivery and asset management while staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations in all IT services, asset management, and procurement activities
  • Develop and manage budgets for ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
