Remote Sales Development Representative

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (1+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (experience with Hubspot is a plus) and Microsoft 365 preferable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs

Responsibilities

• Qualify all inquiries originating from marketing efforts before entering the sales pipeline
• Own the conversion of all enquiries to qualified leads and ensure they are handed the correct salesperson/team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient workflow processes
• Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and needs, fostering long-term relationships with clients
• Own and manage response times to new inquiries to ensure timely and effective communication with potential clients
• Actively identify and leverage any opportunities for sales, land, or strategic partnerships that may arise
