Remote Sales Development Representative

Summary

Join Instagrid and contribute to a sustainable future by driving sales of advanced portable power supplies. You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers, identifying their needs, and differentiating Instagrid's solutions from competitors. This role involves working inbound and outbound leads, preparing accounts for meetings, and closing smaller accounts independently. You will continuously improve sales scripts and performance. Requirements

• Business or engineering degree or completed apprenticeship (business or service sector)
• 2 years of hands-on experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales or a similar role
• Proven hands-on success with sales prospecting techniques for tele sales, such as cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
• Good understanding of sales metrics and good skills in working data-driven
• Excellent presentation skills
• Engaging personality as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent French and English skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Fill the top of the sales funnel by prospecting and qualifying new customers
• Gather well-researched information about potential customers and their industry
• Identify our customers’ needs and differentiate the benefits of our solution from competition
• Work on inbound leads and contact potential customers outbound via phone, mail or social media
• Prepare larger accounts for meetings to support our Key Account Managers
• Digitally close smaller accounts by yourself
• Continuously improve our sales scripts to qualify and convert leads as well as improving your performance constantly
