As a Key Account & Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting new colleagues during their onboarding process, ensuring they find their place within the team, and driving sales growth through effective coaching and communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in sales management
- Ideal experience in the construction sector or film, event, and media industry
- Comprehensive technical understanding and ability to convincingly communicate complex topics
- Excellent coaching skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Motivation to travel within Europe
- Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Support new colleagues during their first 3-6 months in onboarding
- Ensure new colleagues find their place within the team
- Hold all essential sales documents and keep them up-to-date
- Accompany new colleagues on their first customer visits and refine your sales approach
- Define success through the rapid sales growth of new sales colleagues
