Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in sales management
  • Ideal experience in the construction sector or film, event, and media industry
  • Comprehensive technical understanding and ability to convincingly communicate complex topics
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Motivation to travel within Europe
  • Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Support new colleagues during their first 3-6 months in onboarding
  • Ensure new colleagues find their place within the team
  • Hold all essential sales documents and keep them up-to-date
  • Accompany new colleagues on their first customer visits and refine your sales approach
  • Define success through the rapid sales growth of new sales colleagues
