Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs that drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and training techniques
  • Ability to leverage data to assess needs, measure impact, and continuously improve programs
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to design compelling and well-structured sales collateral (e.g., slide decks, one-pagers)
  • Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work
  • High empathy

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training, resources, and programs that help our sales teams to perform at their best
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, refine processes, and deliver tailored enablement initiatives
  • Play a key role in driving revenue growth and equipping our team to succeed
