  • Strong perseverance in prospecting new clients, utilizing networking and cold outreach to expand the client base
  • Proactively build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Proficient in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of small, growing, and large agencies, tailoring approaches to fit their specific needs
  • Driven to meet and exceed goals, with a track record of overcoming obstacles in the sales process
  • Comfortable navigating a dynamic environment and managing diverse tasks to meet evolving client needs and company objectives
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Responsibilities

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
  • Regularly track and report sales metrics to leadership
  • Spearhead new business strategies and initiatives
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Partner with clients to explore and implement media tactics
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities
  • Work with the President and senior leaders on strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to drive company growth
  • Leverage your network and industry relationships for business development
  • Active engagement with team, and alignment on core value
