Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales with sales responsibility
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry in the DACH market
  • Experience in negotiations and development of deal strategies
  • Ability to grasp complex (deal-) structures, anticipate eventualities, and act accordingly
  • Strong self-motivation for results with high quality standards
  • Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn continuously
  • Willingness to adapt oneself and new situations, as well as the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Negotiation-secure, flowing, and error-free German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Negotiation-secure English language skills in writing and speaking

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of a strategy for the assigned customer portfolio in the region to ensure that sales targets are exceeded
  • Management of the sales process, from initial contact to opportunity development, all sales stages until signing and up-cross-selling
  • Detailed, forward-looking, and reliable sales planning with Salesforce
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to lead and engage customers
  • Business development: planning and execution of acquisition activities; independently and in collaboration with marketing and partner management
  • Ensuring the implementation and value creation for customers throughout the entire lifecycle of the business relationship
