- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging audiences ranging from executives to technical teams
- A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, adept at synthesizing insights to drive continuous improvement
- An understanding of technical audiences, the software development lifecycle, particularly CI/CD practices, and how they relate to customer engagement strategies
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Engagement experts focused on utilizing data and AI tools to maximize prospect engagement and development
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create highly effective campaigns that generate qualified leads, driving them into the buyer's journey
- Analyzing data insights to optimize engagement strategies and tactics, continuously refining our approach based on performance metrics and testing outcomes
- Developing and implementing best practices for digital engagement, ensuring alignment with broader sales strategies
- Creating a framework that identifies promising accounts and prioritizes outreach efforts based on potential value and fit
- Partnering with sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, establishing clear guidelines for engagement and follow-up
- Staying ahead of industry trends to introduce innovative practices, digital tools, and technologies that enhance lead generation efforts
