Requirements

  • Proven track record of 4+ years selling B2B IT Services
  • Hunting mindset - you fight for every deal, and you are proactive
  • Diligent approach in working with CRM (we work with HubSpot)
  • English native fluency (C1) and outstanding communication skills
  • Proficiency in qualifying leads using frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC, or similar
  • Business understanding of IT environments and tech ecosystems
  • Openness to constructive feedback and ability to implement it quickly
  • Experience in selling to big companies (B2B for Fortune 500)
  • Experience with The Challenger Sale (or similar) technique

Responsibilities

  • Pursuing new business through research, networking, and outreach
  • Executing sales strategies for lead qualification and deal closing
  • Identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Developing actionable sales plans for short- and long-term growth
  • Exploring new sales channels and enhancing lead-generation efforts
  • Hitting sales quotas while tracking progress and adjusting tactics
  • Negotiating contracts and closing profitable deals
  • Delivering compelling presentations to win new business
  • Leveraging market insights to advise clients effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with marketing and delivery teams for unified client solutions
