  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and decision-making skills
  • Solid technical foundation and good technical writing skills
  • Enthusiastic with outstanding customer-communication skills, including the ability to convey high-level overviews and deeply detailed explanations

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Solutions Engineers who are responsible for both pre and post-sales technical engagement with Echodyneโ€™s domestic US customer base
  • Oversee and support team members in showcasing Echodyne's products through on-site radar demonstrations at external events, conferences, partner, and customer sites, ensuring they effectively communicate the productโ€™s value and capabilities
  • Lead installation planning and integrations, execute deployment configuration and system tuning, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
  • Act as a liaison between the Solutions Engineering team and other departments, such as product development and sales, to align efforts and refine product solutions based on customer feedback and field observations
  • Coordinate the creation of training materials, user manuals, and application notes
  • Perform and guide the team in conducting post-demonstration data analysis, using insights from field activities to improve future customer engagements
  • Work closely with product management and engineering to integrate field feedback into product development efforts
