Summary
Join PocketHealth as a Revenue Operations Coordinator and make a real difference in healthcare. You will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team, responsible for maintaining data, technologies, and processes used by go-to-market teams. Your technical skills and data acumen will empower hospitals and clinics, ultimately benefiting millions of patients. You will manage the existing RevOps tech stack, action requests from GTM teams, improve internal processes, manage reporting and dashboards, and contribute to territory planning. Requirements
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Experience with excel/google sheets - experience working in more complex databases a plus
- A background in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success
- A growth mindset and a comfort level operating in fast-moving, high growth environments
- A strong understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, in particular Marketing, and Sales teams
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Help manage our existing RevOps tech stack, including Salesforce, Hubspot, Groove, and tertiary technologies that feed into these platforms
- Action requests from our GTM teams to support them in navigating our technology and data
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and workflows
- Manage our GTM reporting and dashboards, and build out new reporting when necessary
- Help with territory planning and ongoing territory management
- Continuously learn about new Revenue Operations best practices, technologies, and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the team
- Take a proactive and self-motivated approach, with a desire to take ownership of tasks and drive results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot
- Experience working as the admin of any enterprise software
- Worked as a BDR, Sales Rep, or CSM
