Join Inworld, a leading AI engine for games and interactive media, as a Marketing Operations Manager! You will own and administer sales and marketing automation platforms, manage integrations, and ensure proper workflows in HubSpot. Responsibilities include project management, data analysis and reporting, improving data accuracy, enhancing the GTM tech stack, and managing marketing campaigns. Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role in B2B software or technology industries
- HubSpot Marketing Certification (or equivalent experience) and expertise in leveraging marketing automation tools
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and timeline management skills
- Data-driven problem solver capable of delivering structured recommendations to stakeholders across varied functions and levels of the organization

- Ability to present campaign results effectively and collaborate with leadership across the business
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the sales and marketing automation platforms and manage related integrations and data sources (e.g., HubSpot, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and product data)
- Act as the primary project manager for HubSpot, ensuring proper workflows, processes, and automations are implemented and optimized for both marketing and sales teams
- Drive alignment across marketing and GTM teams by maintaining unified reporting in our CRM with live dashboards and accurate forecasting to better track progress toward pipeline goals
- Analyze, track, and report on marketing and sales performance, making data-driven recommendations and implementing optimizations across all campaigns and channels
- Improve data accuracy, lead management, and forecasting capabilities to support the scaling of our GTM efforts
- Enhance the GTM tech stack in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Support teams, ensuring a healthy database and seamless lead management process
- Manage the execution of marketing email sequences, product announcements, and web form creation/testing to support go-to-market initiatives
- Stage blogs, create new web pages, and manage event/webinar technology to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery
- Develop and implement effective list segmentation and scoring strategies to deliver targeted, personalized messaging, driving improved engagement and conversion rates
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs, leveraging marketing technology to enhance targeting, tracking, and analytics capabilities
